Proposal Development

Resources are available to assist researchers in developing and reviewing their proposals prior to submission.

Faculty Grant Facilitators

The UBC Grant Facilitation Network is an informal network of staff and faculty members throughout the UBC community who help researchers to develop, review and administer winning research grant proposals. Find the appropriate grant facilitation contact for your unit.

Developing Major Proposals

The Support Programs to Advance Research Capacity (SPARC) Office provides strategic support to researchers seeking funding for operating and major funding competitions. This includes support on projects and programs involving multiple UBC faculties, academic disciplines, external partners (industry, crown corporations, and not-for-profits), and economic sectors. Please visit the SPARC web site for more information on their services.
