Upcoming application deadlines for SSHRC’s 2024-25 Partnership Engage Grants and Connection Grants have been rescheduled to earlier dates.
Please note the new application deadlines:
- SSHRC Partnership Engage Grants deadline has been moved to May 22, 2024 (previously June 15).
- SSHRC Connection Grants deadline has been moved to June 20, 2024 (previously August 1).
UBC Researchers must submit their applications to ORS a minimum of 2 business days ahead of the sponsor deadline to ensure full application review and timely submission.
From SSHRC: "These changes are due to necessary IT work taking place this summer that will impact SSHRC's online application systems. We recognize that this may cause inconvenience; however, it is the only feasible way to ensure researchers have an opportunity to apply for a grant if they plan to begin work in fall 2024.
Please note that deadlines for other annual competitions for these two funding opportunities remain unchanged, so the following application deadlines are September 15, 2024, for Partnership Engage Grants and November 1, 2024, for Connection Grants."
